it’s very intuitive to understand why sugary softdrinks are bad, sure, but im curious about how sugarfree alternatives affect me, glossing over them here made it seem like you somewhat equate them. coming from an energy balance standpoint they obviously are better but what other effects could it have on my diet, assuming im drinking enough water still?
