  9. While sauerkraut is a great food, It contains an awful lot of sodium- kimchi would be the best super food that promotes good gut flora and bacteria

    So true. Big pharma and regular brainwashed doctors.use drugs and rely on drugs mostly. Food and nutrition is so IMPORTANT. I’m beating high blood pressure and bad bloodwork all from change my diet and exercise. Big pharma has the world on drugs. Drugs save our lives at times , but food and nutrition is the key to lonng healthy life. Simple as that. Food is the best way to fix most health issues

  19. Wow!! More bullshit! There’s nothing super about any of that crap. It’s nothing but sugar. Look at the people in the audience. They are all overweight. Bananas are giant sacks of sugar. Apples are balls of sugar. Grains have zero nutrients. Just look it up.

  22. LOSING WEIGHT IS NOT EASY. YOU NEED TO EXERCISE DAILY. CUT YOUR INTAKE, WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. No such thing as “ SUPERFOODS”. Superfoods word is a gimmick.

  47. Grains? They cause havoc to your microbiome and raise insulin which forces your body to store body fat. They also raise inflammation. Not a good idea. Times have changed
