  4. Thank you for these tips, what if you struggle to sleep through the night because of hunger? What can you eat during the day that could help you sleep at night? I know you’re supposed to stop eating after a certain time and my meals are really small so by the time it’s 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning my stomach is completely empty and it brings so many symptoms and problems for me, I’m thinking to start having small meals throughout the night just so I can sleep 🙁 also, I need to be really warm in order to sleep otherwise I start shaking and convulsing if it gets too cold.

  12. I bought a window unit and have never slept better. The temperature throughout my home is 74 Fahrenheit at night but in my bedroom the temperature is 68 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to my window unit.

    I’m at a Nursing Home. And I have a roommate that never shus off his TV.
