I am going to try those meatballs with that sauce. I usually make my own honey hot barbeque sauce, but that looked good and may save me some steps!!

I cook my Kale in low sodium chicken broth….try it , its a game changer! I also cook my cabbage that way! Definitely going to try those meatballs and the healthy dirty rice!

If I ate like this with my PCOS I would gain 5 lbs in a month 😢, even working out 3 times a week

I just bought frozen berries to make homemade kefir fruit yogurt. I’ve been on Carnivore and it turned off my appetite so I’m jumping on what I call (CARNIKETO) meat and greens. I just added the kefir from live kefir grains with 1/2 c. Berries and monk fruit sweetener. Yum. I found some keto rice. It’s only 4. Net carbs for my helping. So I’m adding that to my. ( CARNIKETO ) diet. I have used Hemp for a fried rice but I’m happy to find keto rice

Wonderful video. Just be cautious, buying pre-cut veggies is not a good idea because the nutrients start decreasing much quicker. Cut onions especially attract germs, that’s why they’re supposed to be cut right before cooking.

Himalayan sea salt and sea salt are fine. However, if you take iodine out of your diet, you’re going to end up with thyroid disease. Simply use iodine salt in moderation.
