ANTI-INFLAMMATORY FOODS | what I eat every week

These are the anti-inflammatory foods I eat every week to reduce inflammation in my body. An anti-inflammatory diet can help with reducing joint pain and arthritis, healing the gut (key if you have celiac, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s or IBS), getting rid of eczema and psoriasis, and keeping other autoimmune conditions such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis in check. It’s also beneficial if you suffer from anxiety or depression.

I became well versed in wholesome, anti-inflammatory foods several years ago when I embraced a whole foods diet. After being diagnosed with four autoimmune diseases in two years I realized my body was fighting massive immune system inflammation and I needed to provide reinforcements. Those reinforcements came in the form of groceries.

Watch the video for the list of anti-inflammatory foods – it’s what I eat every week. And enjoy the full blog post below all the healthy recipes on my website!

I think I’m totally done with processed food I mean natural food is so much more delicious. Thank God they’re protected farmlands.

  20. Carnivore diet seems to be standing out as the modern day most anti-inflammatory diet. While spinach and blackberries have nutritional benefits, including antioxidants, they have high levels of oxalates that can cause kidney problems, but more importantly, oxalates can accumulate in different parts of the body such as joints and the brain leading to auto immune like symptoms in joints and brain aging diseases like Alzheimer’s.

I just “stumbled” onto your video looking for ways to heal my autoimmune problems with food . It’s so nice to hear someone address these issues without relying on medication and giving us practical recipes that don’t sound like they’ll break the bank. My main issues are fatigue (CFS) with brain fog. Hoping the food and recipes from your channel and website can help. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

I’m thrilled to have found your delicious and healthy videos! I’ve saved lots of them to learn and enjoy them daily. I suffer from lactose intolerance so it tough, oatmeal with fruit is the best with almond milk. I grew up with fresh fruits and vegetables natural juices like coconut mangos and papayas too. They’re the best!

И почему в вашем списке нет красного мяса типа оленины или говядины.
