    I live in the Netherlands and the sun starts shining hours after i have to wake up for work and uni during winter🥲 so I love the tip you gave about shining a light in your face!

  9. C’mon. Locking your phone in a box? What if there’s an emergency? What if your elderly parents need to reach you because something happened and they need immediate help?? I’m not attached to my phone in any way; in fact, I have scheduled DND so it is silenced every day from midnight to 8am – but my parents’ numbers are excluded from that rule, so they can reach me at any time, day or night. I think you’ve all forgotten what phones were invented for – what their true purpose is; and it’s not apps and games and social media.

  12. Im 14 and im tired all day just after waking up, even if i get sleep of 9 – 10 hours too . Im still tired as hell, idk what to do. Does anyone has any idea what i should do???

  14. Smart wearables and being surrounded by EMFs (computers, routers, artificial light, etc) also drain our energy big time and negatively impact our mental health. I stopped wearing my Fitbit at bedtime and, then, altogether and noticed a huge affect on my energy and my mood. Extend that to turning off Bluetooth on tablets, computer (when not in use), televisions and that pesky dot who listens to everything we say, and grounding daily and my antidepressants went in the trash. I was floored that my energy levels soared when I became more mindful of not only how I managed my life but managing the tools I used within that life.

  18. Drink a healthy amount of water – 40ml water/kg body weight. Staying hydrated is the most important thing. You can switch in some tea instead of water. In summer frozen sliced lemons are a great plus to add in your water.

  19. If you want more energy, make sure to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces daily or you will have a lot less energy. Before I started doing that, my energy meter was always on empty. Your body can’t function without sufficient water. With the right amount of water intake, I have tons of energy now.

  39. These last few days I’ve had a flu, so I’ve felt *very* depleated. 🤒

    I usually start my morning with scrolling through Porn (single _"life"_ 😢).

    I normally drink two cups of Coffee a day: the first in the Morning, at Breakfast (about 7 am), the second in the Afternoon (around 4 pm, at Brillig).

    Having a _Štùnde_ (an Afternoon nap, normally between 2 to 4 pm) is an integral part of *every* civilized person’s Life. All of you americans should learn a proper lesson from the Europeans in that respect (as well as in *LOTS* of others!! 😃).

    _"multitasking"_ is a sign of *fucking mental illness,* so I am *totally* with You there.

    I Love the box and app ideas. Should really try it myself, *THANKS!!*

    Personally, I eat my Croissant / Блины / Сырникы / Cookie at the *end* of a savory Breakfast, so that they do not consist the main element there.

    After eating, the body needs *rest,* in order to digest in Peace. Half-an-hour lying down is ideal. *Then* walk.

    As for the _bundling_ thingy = זה רעיוֹן!! ❤️👍🏻👌🏻💚

    *IF YOU SLEEP IN A QUIET AND PEACEFUL PLACE, YOU’RE FEELING LIKE YOU’RE ABOUT TO BE _FUCKING MURDERED*❓️⁉️❓️⁉️❓️❓️

    You _a-mè-wi-cans_ sure have *issues.* You need help. URRRRRRRRRRRRRGENTLY‼️‼️‼️‼️
