This is in no way meant to be a hate comment, just from personal experience taking birth control for my irregular and heavy periods felt more like a bandaid rather than a solution. It also caused me to become severely depressed!! Switching to more holistic ways to regulate your hormone cycle could help you immensely! Have you ever considered seeing a naturopath? Love your videos, keep it up!

I forget if the antidepressant name was provided. It kind of looks like lexapro, which I take 15mg of daily but at night since I get very sleepy. I know antidepressants affect everyone differently tho.

Hey Asia, I like your routine. Im a Women’s Wellness Coach and I’ve been subbed for years and I know you struggle with depression, the birth control pill disrupts your hormones to the max. A great natural alternative is using a basal thermometer to track your cycle. Just a suggestion. Otherwise a great routine girl 🌞😊
According to my experience the optimal morning wellness routine will be a regular bowel cleansing by taking 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach, this at least every second day. In this manner you will not only eliminate the waste in your intestines but all the toxins deposed in your liver too.

Health is so important, however it’s something that can get taken for granted easily. My goals changed for wanting my body to simply look good, to having my body be strong enough to meet the demands of life. After getting into a small road accident, I suffered from really bad back pain; I found it difficult to move and sleep. During that period, I started stretching and going for long walks to help me heal. I now make an effort to carry that routine on even though I am better, as it is a simple enough way for me to maintain (I usually give up on hard exercises) a healthy body ✨
