I am curious.. Can you increase your resources in any way, or are you genetically just given a set of resources? Given you’ve maximized your sleep, working out, eating properly and so on to keep your health at max.
Or do you simply have to manage your resources better and some people simply have more resources.
I am super ambitious, but sadly I don’t have the resources to do all I want to do. Now I am burned out, though recovering.

Did you know that the body has a maximal absorption capacity interns of proteins? This is approximately 0.3-0.4g/kg of body weight per eating occasion. It is therefore better to split your protein intake during the day, with snacks.

A meditation app I used to use is calm! It’s also cheaper than headspace I believe, so that’s a plus plus hahaha I also like the quality way more
You should also offer 5 daily prayers namaz like in it we remember God,kind of meditating nd streches r there too,nd soul find so much peace tranquility,happiness nd purpose
Don’t look up things on google… it gave me health anxiety to where I’m going to the therapist and taking meds for… so google is not your doctor, always make a doctor appointment!!

Protein shake is a super processing food isn’t? Is it good for longterm?
I’m 40 now. Started doing 500 extra steps every day when I was 18. Currently at 4,015,000 steps.
Protect your health
Learn new things
Get enough sleep
Exercise daily
Take enough vit d3
Take omega 3
Take vit B12
Stay hydrated
Manage stress-meditate
Limit alcohol
Limit or eliminate meat
Eat leafy greens daily
Eat veggies daily
Avoid toxins
Give up sugar
Maintain healthy weight
No smoking
Take saunas
Belly breathing
Cur cumin/ginger
If I read fiction before bed I won’t sleep till I finish the book 🤌🏻🤌🏻
You absolutely DO NOT need 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight. 1g+ is plenty.
