I cant believe how quickly and wickedly Doctors dish out Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPI) for Stomach issue.
I was prescribed this after a 3 year battle with stomach upset
Upon taking PPI however….My intestines fell into an inflamatory and painful state in just 2 months after highscool this stuff food i ate would pass through my colon into the toilet in 15-20 minutes
Even with the conerns i was still told to eat what I want….
PPI changes PH and stops you ability to absorb Magnesium and Iron
Causing crazy Blood Pressue Fluctuation and Muscle Fatigue and soreness.
Do your research about what you consume it will be absorbed by your small inteatine whether you like it or not.
I had 227/116 Blood Pressure as a 20 aged Male.
I threw the medcine out, got serious about Gut, restored the Digestive Enzymes and Microfauna and now i hage textbook perfect helath once again!

Has anyone healed gut dysbiosis? I’ve been carnivore for a month and a half and trying to figure out how to best help myself.
1. Eliminate sugar & starches from your diet
2. Avoid grains in your diet
3. Avoid vegetable seed oils
4. Avoid processed foods — junk & keto
5. Minimise intake of alcohol
6. Watch out for the pills you take
7. Eat more meat & eggs — we’ve been eating these for 3 million years
8. Avoid all artificial sweeteners
9. Avoid treated water (chlorine) Reverse osmosis is great
What about if you have gastritis?? I have been on pills one week and taking probiotics

People don’t understand that diet is completely INDIVIDUAL. gut microbiome advice isn’t a one size fits all pill.
Best thing to do is get a BioScan, and see the allergens, parasitic traces, what minerals are you short or excess of in your body.
Then with the information that is subjective to you only can a diet plan be made.

Ive had terrible acid reflux for the last year and recently went on a looong course of antibiotics. My acid reflux is more terrible than ever so its so hard not to go to ppis, anyone have any advice? I quit alcohol completly and am taking probiotics

I take 20 to 40 mgs of Pepcid a day due to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.
I hate taking it so much.
Pepcid has done SO much more for controlling my symptoms than the H1s.
Day 6 Carnivore and I’m feeling amazing.
I hope to get off of the Pepcid one day.

humans beings are not designed to eat meat
and what about long fibre?..this is the food that your good gut bacteria lives on to produce the vitamins and other essential chemicals that the normal human being needs..for millions of years this symbiosis had provided people with good health..but today..on the kings diet..meaning one that is composed of soft foods, soups, meats, and such that have no long fibre has been the main problem..processed foods, etc..but if you cook by putting an onion in your soup, and then you throw the onion away,,then you are basically starving your best friend that has given humans their essential nutrients for millions of years..

I got alpha gal syndrome from a tick last July. This ended my 5½ years of carnivory for a year. My gut was tore up! Hospitalized and bleeding out, couldn’t eat any kind of meat. I started fermenting my milk, drinking kombucha, eating fermented sauerkraut and doing all I can not to vomit again or have diarrhea. It was a devastating nightmare. A messed up gut will change you life and so can a healthy gut. I’m back to carnivore again. I’ve healed tremendously. ♥ Sometimes, medicinal intervention beyond the scope of meat is necessary.

I’m so confused what to do , I’ve been suffering with gut issues my whole life every time I eat more meat and eggs my gut gets messed up high fat gives me acid reflux and after I try these diets it takes my gut months to heal I’ve tryed to many diets supplements I don’t drink I live healthy but my gut is messed up completely I hate it so much I feel trapped
