    Gut health – 5 points
    – 1:52 chew food properly
    – 2:57 No or minimal water with food (like country italy)
    – 3:40 No or minimal sugar
    – 4:27 wholesome food instead of processed one
    – 5:06 probiotics is good

    2 no water while food.
    3 NO to processed sugar.
    4 whole food, veggies & fruits
    5 prebiotic food
